- Boost Growth Hormone Release
- Improve Recovery
- Increases Appetite
- Increases lean muscle mass
- Accelerates fat loss
Growth Complex is one of the most popular compounds on the market right now. It’s more known for its online notoriety than its clinical research data.
As we mentioned, there’s a lot of information available out there on this compound.
Most of it shows that Growth Complex is great at boosting IGF-1 and growth hormone levels.
GROWTH COMPLEX 677 – BENEFITS
Growth Complex is popular for its anabolic properties. This enables it to promote the lean gains that most athletes are after. These effects can only be activated when it is taken orally once per day. Optimum use would be to take Growth Complex right before going to sleep as this will help with deeper REM sleep so that your muscles can repair faster from muscle hypertrophy.
That’s because it not only boosts IGF-1 levels but it increases growth hormone production as well. When taken together, these benefits can help you increase muscle size and strength while significantly reducing the amount of body fat you have.
A double-blind randomized controlled trial was conducted with 24 obese men over a period of two months and they were given Growth Complex as a treatment. Within two months, the participants showed an increase in basal metabolic rate (BMR) and they had more lean muscle mass.
Growth Complex doesn’t work the same way as a normal compound, but is often aligned with the likes of MASS-4033, Ostar-Shred, Testol-140 etc, but they are not the same and work differently.
Prevents Muscle Wasting
Yet another double-blind randomized control trial study was conducted with eight food-deprived volunteers. In these participants, Growth Complex was shown to reverse protein loss and muscle wasting that they’d experienced as a result of diet and lifestyle.
Growth Complex was also shown to reduce the number of falls experienced by elderly patients with hip fractures. This randomized controlled trial helped the patients experience better gains while increasing muscle strength.
Increases Bone Density
Studies show that GH can increase bone density by affecting bone turnover. The interesting thing is that the process starts by decreasing the bone turnover first before increasing it, which means it can take up to 12 months to see the results.
In a double-blind randomized controlled trial with 24 obese male participants, Growth Complex was found to increase bone turnover as expected.
In another three double-blind randomized controlled trials, Growth Complex was able to improve the body’s ability to build stronger bones in elderly adults aged 65 years and older. Another study with 292 post-menopausal women found that Growth Complex 677 can significantly improve bone strength through increased mineral density. This proved very helpful in preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Helps with Sleep
Growth Complex was shown to improve the quality and quantity of REM sleep in both young and elderly participants of a double-blind randomized controlled trial study.
Aside from the scientific evidence, there’s plenty of anecdotal evidence to support this claim. Many users have experienced improved sleep as a result of taking Growth Complex.
We all know that sleep is an important part of the bodybuilding. It allows us to recover quickly and gain strength for the next training session.
Once we’re done with puberty, the body’s GH secretion levels decline drastically. However, taking Growth Complex can remedy this problem because it can increase IGF-1 and GH levels.
This is based on a double-blind randomized controlled trial study which was conducted with 65 elderly men. The participants were given a daily dose of Growth Complex and showed increased GH levels afterward.
Yet another double-blind randomized controlled trial study was conducted with 24 obese males and it showed the same positive results.
Since Growth Complex can stimulate the ghrelin receptor, it may cause nootropic effects as well. With that said, there’s no empirical evidence to suggest that the compound has any effects on cognitive performance.
What we do know is that Growth Complex can help improve brain function by indirectly influencing two mechanisms, namely:
- Through the increase of IGF-1 which helps boost learning ability and memory retention
- Through improved quantity and quality of REM sleep. Sleep is vital to ensuring optimal cognitive function.
A multicenter double-blind randomized controlled trial study conducted with Alzheimer’s patients tried to determine the compound’s effect on this disease. Unfortunately, the results were inconclusive, so no cure for Alzheimer’s yet.
Prevents Growth Hormone Deficiency
By now, we know that Growth Complex has the ability to boost the production of IGF-1, IGFBP-3 and the growth hormone to assist children that are struggling with hormone deficiencies. The great news is that Growth Complex was able to achieve this without disturbing other hormones like cortisol, insulin, thyrotropin, thyroxine (T4), glucose and triiodothyronine (T3).
But it appears that the same cannot be said for adult patients. A double-blind randomized controlled trial with severely-GH deficient adult males found that in addition to improved IGF-1 levels, the participants experienced increased glucose and insulin levels. Suffice to say this was a rare instance of Ibutamoren actually disrupting other hormones.
The growth hormone improves the body’s ability to heal wounds and rebuild damaged tissue. Growth Complex is a no brainer when it comes to wound healing. But, this particular benefit is based on anecdotal evidence rather than scientific study.
This is only based on subjective and anecdotal evidence, but there have been claims that Growth Complex 677 can actually cure hangovers.
WHEN DO I NEED TO TAKE MY GROWTH COMPLEX DOSAGE?
Let’s start off by discussing the most optimal Growth Complex dosage.
As we already know Growth Complex is great because of the fact that it is a growth hormone secretagogue, which basically means that it is able to raise your GH & IGF-1. This is why is has become very useful for bodybuilding. Because we all know how insane the benefits of increased growth hormone can be. So, to get optimal results what is the best Growth Complex 677 dosage? And should you experiment with Growth Complex 677 morning or night?
Well, growth hormone levels are able to increase from a dosage as low as 5mg a day. Most users report that the sweet spot for Growth Complex is 25 mg a day, for a longer period of time. There are reports of research done with 50mg of Growth Complex a day, however, the results concluded that at 25mg you could achieve almost the same results as with 50mg a day. (For females, 25mg a day is the sweet spot. When using over 25mg, females may find an increase in water retention in the face which most females do not find appealing as a side effect)
Growth hormone levels did not increase more on 50mg than on 25mg, the difference lies in the IGF levels. If you are looking for more IGF-1, dosing higher than 25mg might be interesting for your experiment. Besides that, users report that a higher dosage than 25mg did not result in better results. It seems to be more efficient to run Growth Complex 677 dosages for a longer period of time at around 25 to 30mgs. 50mgs for more experienced users.
But what about the best time of the day to take Growth Complex? There seems to be a lot of confusion whether to take Growth Complex morning or night.
To be honest, it does not matter a lot and is based on personal preference. It is often recommended to dose in the morning because there is the possibility that sleep will be affected negatively when dosing at night, but is more beneficial for your body to be taken before bed. Many users have found they get lethargy during the day when dosing in the morning.
Growth Complex is known to increase hunger by a LOT, which means you will be eating much more than usual because of the insane cravings. This is also one of the reasons people rather take it before bedtime, to combat the hunger feeling. Some users even report splitting doses during the day in order to combat lethargy and hunger.
There does not seem to be a perfect time of the day to take the ibutamoren dosage, as the half-life is 24 hours. It all comes down to personal preference. Find out what works for your experiment and adjust your protocol.
